Yes. Cardgameshop is an official PSA partner and PSA Official Dealer. We handle the complete processing and forwarding of your cards and memorabilia to our grading partner. PSA is an external third party. Cardgameshop acts as an intermediary and cannot be held responsible for the final grades.
-
You can submit all TCG cards, sports cards, and Panini stickers. Only cards from 1980 and later are accepted. Vintage cards are not allowed.
-
Make sure to submit your cards safely and well protected. The best option is to place them in a soft sleeve or a semi-rigid card holder (available at Cardgameshop). This way, we do not need to handle the cards further, and the risk of external damage is significantly reduced.

Turnaround times are estimates and not binding.
-
Turnaround time is an estimate of when your cards are expected to return to your Cardgameshop location. This timeframe is determined by PSA’s processing time, transportation, and workload at grading partners. This timeframe is not guaranteed.
-
No. For submissions, the rule is: no news is good news.
We recommend requesting an update via info@cgs-grading.be only when the estimated turnaround time is approaching or has passed.
-
For a status update, you can email info@cgs-grading.be and include a clear photo of your submission form.
We do not recommend calling the general phone number or asking about your grading in-store, as all grading requests are handled centrally at our hub in Eksel. All follow-ups go through this central point.
-
No. Cardgameshop always provides an estimated turnaround time, but this is not binding.
If the estimated turnaround time has passed, you can always request a status update via info@cgs-grading.be

-
The raw value is the estimated market value of your card in ungraded condition. For a regular PSA grade, this is €400, for a regular BGS grade €200, and for a regular CGC grade €200.
This value is determined based on recent sales prices and the condition of the card.
More valuable cards may involve additional costs.
-
If PSA determines that your card is worth more than the declared limit, an additional fee will be charged.
This fee is determined by PSA and communicated before pickup.
-
Extra fees are calculated based on the final graded value.
Above €400, the fee increases per €400 value tier. These costs are determined only after grading and are difficult to predict exactly in advance.
For an estimate, you can email info@cgs-grading.be

-
Each card is insured up to a maximum amount during transport. This amount is stated on the submission form. Claims above this amount are not possible.
Cardgameshop is not directly liable for transport damage. Any compensation is provided exclusively as store credit.
-
You can submit your cards at all Cardgameshop locations during opening hours and at fairs and events.
Please take possible crowding into account.
-
As soon as your cards are returned from PSA, BGS, or CGC, you will be contacted by Cardgameshop.
Pickup takes place at the location where you submitted your cards. Any additional fees must be paid upon collection.
-
Each submitted card is included in a submission and receives a unique certificate number.
Through our internal administration, this specific card number is linked to the correct customer.
-
Turnaround time is influenced by several factors, such as shipping, customs delays, availability of the correct PSA holders for specific cards within a submission, and PSA’s internal processing system.
PSA does not operate on a strict “first in, first out” basis. As a result, later submissions may sometimes be processed faster than earlier ones.
If this happens in your case, there is no need to panic. You can always contact info@cgs-grading.be for a status check.
-
In case of damage to a graded card, Cardgameshop can no longer take responsibility after the card has been collected and signed for.
-
At the moment, Cardgameshop does not offer booster pack grading or signature grading. These items cannot currently be submitted through our grading service.
-
At the moment, Cardgameshop does not offer a comic grading service. Comics cannot currently be submitted through our grading service.
-
PSA may determine that a card is poorly cut and therefore cannot be placed in a holder. In this case, no grading fee is charged and you will receive a refund.
It may also be that a card has been additionally colored due to external reasons or has discolored due to age. In this case, the card is still evaluated, and this results in the loss of the grading fee.
The same applies to counterfeit cards. Cardgameshop is careful when checking submitted cards, but if a fake card passes the inspection, this will result in the loss of the grading fee.
Ultimately, the customer always remains personally responsible, in good faith and conscience, for the cards they submit.
-
Yes. Make sure to bring your identification card when collecting your cards, as all submissions are linked to a customer account.
Based on your identification details, we can verify your submission and handle it correctly.

Cardgameshop is a forwarding service. PSA, BGS, and CGC determine the final grade. Values and turnaround times are estimates. Additional costs are possible.
