Article 2 – Applicability & Conditions
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by us as a webshop to you as a consumer (any natural person who acquires or uses products or services on the market exclusively for non-professional purposes).
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, we ask that your parents or legal guardian place the order on your behalf. If we determine that an order has been placed by a minor, we reserve the right to refuse it.
Placing an order on the website constitutes explicit acceptance of our general terms and conditions of sale, which are always available on the website.
If, in addition to these general terms, specific additional conditions apply, these shall also apply. In the event of a conflict, the consumer may invoke the provision that is most favorable to them.
Article 3 – Our Offer and Your Order
If an offer is subject to a limited period of validity or specific conditions, this will be explicitly stated.
We always describe our products as fully and accurately as possible. Images are a true representation of the offered goods and/or services. However, mistakes may occur, and in the event of an obvious error, we are not obliged to deliver.
Your order is complete and the agreement becomes final once we have confirmed your order by email and received authorization for your payment transaction by the card issuer. We accept Credit Card and Bancontact. If the card issuer refuses to authorize payment, we cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery. Orders without valid payment in the name of the registered cardholder will not be accepted or processed.
To purchase a product, add it to your shopping cart, enter your contact and billing details, review your order, accept our terms and conditions, and confirm your payment by clicking the “order with payment obligation” button. Once these steps are completed, your purchase is final.
Article 4 – Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods from us, private customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery. Business customers do not have a right of withdrawal.
You may return your order without penalty and without stating a reason. Return costs are borne by the customer. Within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price using the same payment method.
This right does not apply to mystery products, products from mystery products or single cards.
The direct cost of returning goods is at your expense. Refusing a parcel also results in return costs equal to the original shipping fee.
Orders or pre orders placed with credit cards cannot be cancelled before shipment due to transaction costs.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods.
During the first 14 days after delivery, you are expected to handle the goods and packaging with care. Returned goods must be in original condition, with original packaging and accessories.
Returns may be made via post or courier.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may complete the designated form. We will confirm receipt by email.
Article 5 – Price
All prices include taxes, VAT, duties, and services.
Shipping costs may be charged additionally and will be clearly stated before finalizing the purchase.
Article 6 – Payment
Payments are accepted only via the payment modules on our website.
Transactions are secured using SSL encryption technology.
Article 7 – Conformity and Warranty
We guarantee that our goods comply with your order and meet normal expectations, taking into account product specifications.
Our goods comply with all applicable laws at the time of purchase.
We apply a statutory minimum warranty period of two years for non-conforming goods. Defective products will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Where possible and reasonable, you may choose between repair and replacement. If neither is feasible, you may request a price reduction or contract termination.
Article 8 – Delivery and Execution
Goods and services are delivered to the address provided. In-stock items are in most cases delivered within 1 to 4 business days. Other items according to stated delivery times. Deliveries are made by GLS from Monday to Friday.
Shipments are at our risk. Returned goods are transported at the customer’s risk.
Any damage or discrepancies must be reported within 3 days using the return form. Our liability is limited to the value of the undelivered goods.
Article 9 – Duration
Consumers may terminate indefinite agreements at any time with a maximum notice period of one month. Fixed-term agreements have a maximum duration of two years.
Automatic renewals convert agreements to indefinite duration. Renewal clauses are clearly highlighted.
After renewal, termination is possible with a maximum notice period of two months.
Article 10 – Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure, we are not obliged to fulfill our obligations.
Force majeure includes strikes, fire, technical failures, energy outages, network disruptions, supplier failures, allocation of products and website unavailability.
Article 11 – Intellectual Property
Our website, logos, texts, photos, and communications are protected by intellectual property rights.
Unauthorized copying, modification, or reproduction is prohibited without prior written consent.
Article 12 – Complaints and Disputes
We aim for complete customer satisfaction. Complaints may be submitted to info@cardgameshop.be
Complaints are handled within 7 days.
All agreements are governed exclusively by Belgian law.
Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Belgian courts.
