Yes, you can return purchased items within 14 days after receiving your parcel.
Discounted items can also be returned. You can't return mystery products or singles.
You can return your items:
- free of charge by bringing them to our shop in Hechtel-Eksel
- by sending them back at your own cost and risk.
Each return must be registered online in advance.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
Exchanges are not possible. If you would like a different item, you can place a new order.

You can register your return via My orders.
If you do not have an account, you can use the general return form.
You can withdraw from your online purchase up to 14 days after receiving your product. After you have informed us of your withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to send the product back to us.

After registering your return, we will keep you informed about its status.
You will first receive a confirmation email with all details of your return. If you have not received it, please check your spam folder. You will also be notified by email whenever the status changes.
If you have an account, you can track the status of your return via My returns.
Possible statuses are:
- Registered: your return has been registered
- Awaiting products: we are waiting for the returned items
- Products received: we have received your items
- Processed: your return has been fully processed
- Cancelled: your return was cancelled by us or at your request

After receiving your return, we will process the refund as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days.
We reserve the right to delay the refund until we have received the returned products.
The refund is made using the same payment method that was used to pay for the order. It is not possible to choose a different payment method. If you cannot receive a refund to the account used to pay for the order, you can ask for a gift card instead.
The costs of returning products are at your own expense, unless discussed otherwise before the return.

The other locations operate independently from the webshop.
